How you create impact

  • Take ownership of shipments and ensure efficient file handling, with complete and accessible customer data
  • Ensure stakeholders deliver in line with customer expectations while complying with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor shipments consistently and communicate proactively with customers
  • Respond promptly to customer feedback, complaints, and escalations, with swift corrective actions
  • Promote awareness and usage of customer-facing digital solutions
  • Participate in relevant trainings to stay updated
  • Support or lead customer implementations, ensuring involvement from OCC/RCC/OM as required
  • Participate in GCIM Scalable trainings
  • Manage customer growth and focus on retention
  • Drive profitability through effective spot quotations, quick response times, upselling, and promotion of KN products
  • Perform ongoing GP analysis and liaise with procurement stakeholders

What we would like you to bring

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in air freight or freight forwarding (customer service)
  • Proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading)
  • Able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Flexible with working arrangements
