As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers promises. You will be part of our Air Logistics team, adding your expertise,skills to the delivery of customer andoperational excellence
Your primary objective is to ensure compliance to custom regulations of imports + exports. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
. To ensure compliance with customs laws + regulations.
. To demonstrate knowledge of free trade agreements.
. To demonstrate knowledge of import/export licenses to key stakeholders.
. To accurately classify goods for customs clearance activity.
. To perform accurate calculation on customs duties, taxes, + fees.
. To conduct risk assessments for high-risk shipments.
