We are looking for an experienced Air Terminal Supervisor (work location: Free Zone, Suvarnabhumi Airport) with solid experience in air freight operations and cargo handling. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ULD build-up planning, air export processes, and terminal operations, with the ability to manage shipments from planning through departure while ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ULD build-up operations, including cargo planning and loading arrangements for lower deck and main deck positions, and manage terminal shipments to ensure optimal space utilization.
• Oversee documentation processes according to the procedures
• Handle end-to-end Air Export shipment
• Sending BUP pre-alert to destination.
• Input database in the internal system.
• Assist manager in all operation activities: outbound, airfreight, customs formalities (Dealing with all matters such as gross weight discrepancy or changing of CD).
• Report to Manager
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, other agencies and suppliers
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Air Freight, Logistics
• Competent and strong in air freight operations knowledge and handling.
• Knowledge of ULD build-up processes and air cargo handling operations.
• Strong numerical and calculation skills.
• Strong multitasking ability with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Available to start immediately is a plus.
