Gulfstream Aviation Aircraft Sales: Lead sales efforts for brand-new Business Jet, collaborating with manufacturers and relevant department to secure orders, and managing the sales process from inquiry to delivery.
Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with aircraft manufacturers, dealers, and potential buyers. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a seamless sales experience.
Market Research and Strategy: Monitor industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct product presentations, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales contracts with prospective buyers. Provide in-depth knowledge of aircraft specifications, features, and benefits.
Lead Generation & Networking: Identify and generate leads through networking, industry events, and personal connections. Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients seeking new aircraft.
Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact throughout the aircraft purchase process, ensuring client satisfaction and guiding them through technical and operational details of the aircraft.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Head of Department and the marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of sales efforts and timely delivery of aircraft.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress. Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in aviation-related sales.
Knowledge of the private jet industry, including manufacturers, aircraft models, and market trends.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in English
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and complex transactions.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and aircraft viewings.
Strong proficiency in Excel and presentation skills
