Alliance Manager - Contract until Sep 2027

Job Description
We are seeking an Alliance Manager to manage and grow strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical business. This role acts as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure successful collaboration, deal execution, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop external alliance agreements, ensuring win-win strategies and mutual benefits.
- Assist in the execution of Business Development & Licensing (BD&L) plans, including deal endorsement, signing processes, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Franchise, and Supply Chain for inventory planning and sales forecasting.
- Act as a resource for resolving complex collaboration conflicts and providing leadership to partner companies.
- Manage day-to-day alliance activities, including regulatory information exchange and performance reviews.
- Ensure reporting of technical complaints or adverse events related to products within 24 hours.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor's degree in Bioscience, Business, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, or Partnership Management is preferred
- Strong project management, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory, supply chain, and commercial processes
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
