Job Description

  • Manage New Code & AXA Prime Blue Target
    • Drive achievement of monthly New Code and Agency recruitment targets
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support agent participation in the AXA Prime Blue program
    • Analyze recruitment performance and identify gaps; collaborate with RAM to resolve underperformance in assigned areas
    • Organize and support recruitment activities to ensure quality candidate selection into AXA Prime Blue
    • Manage and distribute AXA Prime Blue batch data to relevant stakeholders and ensure data accuracy at month-end
  • Manage New Code & AXA Prime Blue Productivity
    • Develop and execute incentive campaigns within allocated budget to improve AXA Prime Blue productivity and performance
    • Coordinate with RAM to deploy training programs and development initiatives in low-productivity areas
    • Analyze AXA Prime Blue agent performance to enhance productivity and support successful program completion
    • Design and implement engagement activities to sustain consistent agent performance and motivation
  • Manage New Code & AXA Prime Blue Management Tools
    • Optimize budget utilization to maximize efficiency and business impact
    • Develop and implement digital solutions to replace traditional activities, reducing operational and travel costs
    • Improve tools and processes to enhance recruitment tracking, reporting, and productivity management
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 3 years experience in recruitment, agency development, or insurance sales support
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with sales teams, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Have own car and flexible to work in up country
