Position Overview

Amaze Management Trainee Program is designed to develop future leaders in technology and digital business. Selected candidates will participate in a structured rotation program across key departments such as Product, Data, Engineering, and Business Strategy. The program prepares high-potential individuals for fast-track leadership or specialist roles within the organization. Key

Responsibilities

1. Rotation Program (18 months)

Tech Track: Complete 3 rotations area (e.g., Mini App Section, Core Service, Amaze, Phoenix, and Cloud Platform Engineering & Enterprise Architect)

Business Product Owner: Complete 3 rotations area (e.g. Marketplace, ODM, ND, E-Service, Experience, Monetization, Survey, Growth, and AI, Innovation, Special Project)

2. Project Ownership

Identify business challenges and propose technology-driven solutions.

Develop business cases and conduct feasibility analysis.

Coordinate with Engineering, Data, and Business teams to execute initiatives.

Monitor KPIs and ensure measurable impact.

Lead or co-lead real business projects under senior mentorship.

Gain hands-on exposure to core technology and business functions.

3. Data-Driven Decision Making

Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights.

Build dashboards and performance reports.

Support strategic decisions through quantitative analysis.

4. Strategic & Leadership Exposure

Participate in management meetings and strategic discussions.

Contribute to digital transformation and innovation initiatives.

Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, fintech, and digital ecosystems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Passion for technology and digital business.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

Internship or project experience in tech, data, consulting, or strategy.

Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or BI tools.

Demonstrated leadership experience (student organizations, competitions, etc
