Job Description

SAP R/3 Customer Service (CS)

  • SAP R/3 CS support with experience implementing Customer Services projects deep Customer Service knowledge in:

- I base management

- Classes system

- Preventive management

- Repair services

- Installation handling

- Call Handling, including back reporting of time and materials

- Billing process

Additionally needed knowhow:

- Integration with other SAP modules (CO, SD, MM) and preferably HR.

- Mobile solutions, including MAM and MDM.

- eService solutions / Customer Portals
