Our client is a consulting firm specialising in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. It is part of a larger company, and we are hiring for its Asia Pacific Team, which is based in Singapore.

As an Analyst Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in the healthcare and medtech sectors while working on high-impact projects with a diverse, expert team of analysts, consultants, researchers, and economists. You'll develop in-demand skills, build deep market knowledge, and contribute to real-world business decisions all while being supported and mentored every step of the way.

The client offers healthcare-focused market and business intelligence, complemented by strategic advisory services. In addition, they assist top medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology companies, as well as government entities, in furthering their understanding of the healthcare industry and providing pragmatic and innovative strategies to fulfil their business objectives.

What You'll Do:

You'll begin with a structured induction to learn the fundamentals of our business, the healthcare industry, and your role as an analyst. From there, you'll collaborate on projects that give you exposure to:

• Conducting market research and competitive landscape analysis
• Gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to uncover actionable insights
• Working directly with clinicians, key opinion leaders, and industry stakeholders
• Supporting consultants in developing strategic recommendations
• Applying logic and critical thinking to solve healthcare-related business problems (you will be assessed on this skill using case studies, in the technical interview round)

The Ideal Skills For The Role:

• Good communication skills, both written and oral and attention to detail
• Qualification in any degree related to Healthcare, Business, or any other degree
• Exposure and proficiency in Market Analysis and Market Research in healthcare/pharmaceutical
• A profound interest in healthcare, pharmaceutical, research and solving business issues
• Globally curious mindset
• Based in Jakarta, Indonesia
• Remote role for 5 months (with a possibility of a full-time role - dependent on your performance)
• Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
• Must have completed studies, OR not be in full-time studies
• Immediate start
