Analyst, Loan Syndication

Responsibilities:

• Support the origination and execution of financing transactions
• Grow the asset portfolio and enhance the Bank's presence in the market
• Assist in identifying and pursuing syndication opportunities across the region
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials to support business development efforts and provide financing solutions tailored to clients needs.
• Conduct preliminary credit and financial analysis of prospective clients, supporting the assessment of financing requirements, deal structures, and key market considerations.
• Assist in the preparation and review of mandate letters, term sheets, and transaction documents, ensuring alignment with commercial, market, and syndication practices.
• Coordinate documentation processes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely completion of transactions in accordance with internal approvals and syndication requirements.
• Work closely with the Distribution team throughout the syndication process, supporting deal marketing, lender engagement, and transaction execution.
• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with clients, financial institutions, and market participants through regular interactions and industry networking activities.
• Monitor developments in the loan and syndicated finance markets, conduct market research, and contribute ideas to support business origination and the delivery of high-quality client solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant discipline
• Min. 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Banking/ Syndication
