Analyst Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Analysis data exp. Productivity, cost, KPI, improvement to improve operation team
• To closely work with Operation Managers to ensure the contractual KPI and customer satisfaction are improved or maintained.
• Studying the project and operations under Supervisory to contribute the cost reduction and the operations improvement by suggestion the best comment via his / her experience of involvement on all departments to provide an organization view
• To take responsibility the project progress to be achieved timeline and deliverables. And initiate corrective action where necessary.
• To ensure all periodically or occasionally report are completed, qualified and on time submitted.
• Assist Supervisory to come up with all media of communication.
• To achieve the necessary results, the job holder has to initiative and enough autonomy to take timely decisions. He has to use a wide range of communication skills.
