What will you do

As an Analyst will work on complex client engagements with experienced dss+ Consultants, Managers, and Industry subject-matter experts. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating, and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You will also have the opportunity to present results to clients and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.

You will be a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and must be driven to produce improvement initiatives both internally and with clients. The Analyst must have excellent analytical and communication skills to contribute in maintaining positive client relations and high client satisfaction levels across different domains, for example:

An industry, e.g., Mining, Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Power & Utilities, Food & Beverage, etc.
A functional Discipline e.g., Operational Risk Management, Operational Excellence, Sustainability, Digital

Technical Expertise

Maintaining strong industry knowledge; stay abreast of current trends and new technologies related to industry or technical practice to facilitate and add value in evaluation and recommendation of new processes.
Strong data analysis, modelling and visualization skills including, but not limited to the use of Excel and Power BI or Tableau and able to extract deep insights.
Ability to read and interpret financial and operational data.

Project Execution

Leading the execution of project tasks and assignment on work streams of a client engagement, including:
Identifying and structuring client challenges and issues in order to develop hypotheses;
Collecting and gathering client data to test hypotheses;
Analyzing data to develop meaningful recommendations and solutions.
Supporting the development of high-quality presentations and documents to be used in client engagements and business development.
Building and maintaining positive client relationships to ensure project success.
Developing foundational knowledge and expertise in a key discipline area (e.g., Safety, Operational Excellence, Sustainability).

Bachelor's Degree in a business-related major;
3+ years of associated industry experience;
Prior experience in established consulting firms / relevant industry internships will be well regarded;
Technical knowledge and expertise in relevant field of experience is preferred;
Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with hypothesis driven problem solving with a passion for innovative solutions;
Advanced analytical skills > quantitative and qualitative analysis;
Superior time management / prioritization skills;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau);
Experience with project management software (an advantage, otherwise learned on the job);
Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing consulting environment;
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Thai.
