Job Description: AP Accountant - (Full-time)
Key Responsibilities
You will support the Accounting Manager and team to ensure that operations run smoothly, and your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, payments, and vendor reconciliations.
- Record and verify financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare and post journal entries and the general ledger.
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare and file monthly VAT (PP30, PP36) and withholding tax returns (PND3, PND53, PND54) in compliance with Thai tax laws.
- Verify tax documents for compliance and reconcile tax accounts.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field
- New graduates are welcome
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting is a plus
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Good command of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude, able to work independently and in a team.
- Strong communication skills and business integrity.
- Knowledge of local tax (VAT) regulations.
