Role Purpose

Overseeing Construction Equipment Dealers portfolio and proactively driving profitable sales of Attachments while ensuring efficient operations with Global Team and related internal stakeholders. This includes developing and implementing Sales strategies, analyzing Market trends and competitor activity, P&L responsibility and profitability improvement, Channel Management and Customer relationship management

Major Accountabilities

  • Achievement of sales revenue and gross margin objectives for assigned territory and each Importer within territory,
  • Create and implement effective Strategies and Business plans to meet Sales targets,
  • Conduct Market research to Identify all new business growth opportunities, trends and Customer needs,
  • Track Market developments and competitor activities,
  • Explore new Markets and potential Sales opportunities for Attachments,
  • Analyze Dealers/Distributors Sales and CRM data by defining KPI on their performance, identify areas for improvement and coach them,
  • Reach Out the End Customer and understand their needs through local Market activities,
  • Build and maintain robust relationship with both actual and new Customer,
  • Ensure high level of Customer satisfaction,
  • Increase Sell-in and Retail promotions awareness and get orders in line with objectives,
  • Visit Distributors/Dealers/End Customers on regular basis to ensure objectives are achieved,
  • Align with S&OP processes to improve retail sales,
  • Identify training needs for Distributor/Dealer personnel and nominate them for suitable trainings to improve their competence,
  • Execute Marketing programs in collaboration with Global and APAC Marketing Teams to improve CNH/ Importer revenue, profit and capture rate,
  • High level of collaboration with Global Sales, Global Commercial Operations and APAC Marketing Team

Qualifications

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, Business & Marketing Management or Economics.
  • 10+ years experience in Construction Attachment Sales.

Essential experience and skills:

  • Proven Construction Attachment Sales History
  • Availability for frequent travel within APAC
  • Fluent in English as written and oral
  • Excellent Customer centric, problem-solving and Business relationship skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and multi-tasking
  • Ability to work independently and by objectives, as well as with a team
  • Being proactive, Self-motivated with high energy level and a strong work ethic
  • Being flexible with working in different time zone
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic with good communication, negotiation and analytical skills (clear and effective)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, Power point) and systems skills required
