Job Description
- Lead and oversee global mobility across multiple APAC countries
- Manage and allocate relocation cases to regional and local service partners
- Ensure consistent service quality, process adherence and positive employee outcomes
- Act as the main escalation point for complex or sensitive relocation matters
- Collaborate closely with policy, HR operations and business stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement through standardisation, training and knowledge sharing
- Develop and maintain country‑specific guides, checklists and operational resources
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality or a related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in global mobility, destination services or international relocation operations
- Hands‑on experience managing third‑party vendors across multiple countries
- Strong working knowledge of end‑to‑end relocation and settling‑in services
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and resolve complex operational issues
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and improvement opportunities
