Position: APAC Internal Control
Level: Deputy Department Manager
Work location:Bangkok
To provide assurance that the company objectives have been achieved in the critical areas of operations, financial reporting as well as fraud prevention for APAC entities
Responsibility
- Designs the controls with process owner, to keep completeness, accuracy and segregation of duties etc.
- Perform control testing as well as detect exceptional transactions in SAP on regular basis
- Recommend for preventive/detective/corrective action to close the gap and process risks through supporting the developing of policy and procedure
- Follow up action plan and monitor key risks to ensure they are properly mitigated
- Implement internal control self-assessment to entities
- Support to drive success of the automate exceptional and control detection system project
- Provide education and advice to control champions regarding internal control, tools and templates.
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Business or strong analytical related fields i.e. Accounting, management, economics, engineer.
- Knowledge in risk management, internal control
- 5+ years of experience in internal control or business improvement or enterprise risk management, or internal audit or accounting
- Experience in project management and workshop facilitation
- Experience and knowledge in food industry or manufacturing
- Fluent in English Communication
