As APAC Logistics Specialist, you'll be central to this purpose, ensuring essential, environmentally conscious innovations reach global markets with excellence and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of the Asia Logistics strategy in alignment with Global Logistics objectives.
  • Act as focal point for container tracking tools, APAC drop shipments and participate in S&OE meetings.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within Asia Logistics.
  • Own logistics KPI reporting, analysis, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage import and export customs processes, documentation, compliance, and invoice verification.
  • Oversee external warehouse operations, including vendor performance, SLAs, KPIs, SOPs, and cost control.
  • Coordinate freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics service providers.
  • Manage logistics-related customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with QA.
  • Act as OtC process specialist / SAP Key User and Logistics Master Data Owner.
  • Support logistics digitalization initiatives.
  • Provide backup support for Asia warehouse and logistics activities.

Who We're Looking For:

You are aresults-driven logistics specialistwithat least 5-8 years experiencein a multinational setting in logistics, warehousing, transportation, and international trade.

You also possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline
  • Strong hands-on experience with import/export and customs regulations
  • Proven analytical and process improvement skills
  • Able to work independently in a regional, cross-cultural environment
  • Results-driven, customer-oriented, and detail-focused.
  • Strong command ofEnglish and Mandarin(spoken and written)
  • Ability to read and converse in Mandarin for effective coordination with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
