About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, senior-level hospitality leader to drive expansion of our solutions across the APAC hospitality market. This role is responsible for defining and executing regional growth strategy, developing enterprise-level relationships with international hotel groups, and accelerating adoption across both new-build and retrofit projects.
This position operates at a regional, strategic leadership level and is suited for candidates with deep experience in hospitality technology, enterprise sales, and C-suite engagement across Asia Pacific.
Location - Asia (APAC-wide scope; frequent regional travel required)
Reporting Line - President, APAC
Key Responsibilities
Regional Strategy & Market Leadership
Define and execute the APAC hospitality growth strategy aligned with global objectives
Identify priority markets, hotel groups, and project segments to maximize regional ROI
Partner with marketing and global stakeholders to shape regional positioning and go-to-market initiatives
Enterprise Relationship Management
Establish and manage senior relationships with regional and global offices of international hotel chains
Acquire new chain partnerships and deepen strategic engagement with existing accounts
Act as a trusted advisor to senior hospitality executives across APAC
Business Development & Sales Enablement
Drive opportunity generation through industry networks, events, and executive engagement
Support local country teams in progressing complex, multi-market opportunities
Maintain oversight of the APAC project pipeline, ensuring quality forecasting and deal governance
Partnerships, Proposals & Negotiations
Lead high-value proposals and complex commercial negotiations
Build and manage partnerships with architects, designers, contractors, consultants, and technology integrators
Navigate long-cycle, multi-stakeholder hospitality decision environments
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Mentor and guide regional business development managers
Collaborate closely with product, operations, and global teams to ensure solution alignment
Drive disciplined reporting, forecasting, and CRM usage (Salesforce)
Experience & Profile
8+ years in senior hospitality-related roles, with strong exposure to 4-star+ international and premium regional hotel groups
Demonstrated success selling IT, digital, or technology solutions into the hospitality sector
Established network of senior decision-makers across APAC hospitality ecosystems
Strong understanding of hospitality ownership, operator, brand, and consultant dynamics
Familiarity with hospitality technology landscapes and integration requirementsKey Attributes
Strategic, commercially astute, and execution-focused
Credible at C-suite and regional executive level in Hosptality clients (Hotels, Resort, Service apartments,etc)
Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable operating independently across markets
Willing and able to travel frequently across APAC
Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a strong advantage
