Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product Developer (Ready-to-Wear) to join our fashion team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring alignment with design intent, technical requirements, quality standards, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage buy sheet data and ensure accuracy and completeness in accordance with the seasonal fashion calendar.
  • Review tech packs and create Bills of Materials (BOM), ensuring all development information is accurate prior to release.
  • Collaborate closely with technical designers and vendors to develop new styles from concept to completion, including providing development direction and supporting pattern development.
  • Create fabric codes and maintain fabric memo documentation.
  • Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and material withdrawals through SAP.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on fabric and accessory development, including fabric performance testing and risk assessments such as shrinkage and color fastness.
  • Work closely with TSF, vendors, sample room teams, and technical designers to manage sample timelines and follow up on fabric developments, including lab dips, strike-offs, and yardage submissions.
  • Prepare and arrange materials for both in-house and external vendors, while ensuring sample development progresses according to timeline.
  • Coordinate sample inspections for both in-house and outsourced products, and follow up on QC reports to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fashion, Textile, Product Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in product development, preferably within fashion or ready-to-wear products.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and fashion product development processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and grow with challenges.
