Application Engineer-Chiller

Responsibilities

1. Deliver pre-sales technical designs for chiller systems, including system layout, equipment sizing, and plant room arrangement.
2. Prepare technical proposals and bid documents; participate in technical Q&A and solution reviews to ensure competitiveness.
3. Engage with clients and design institutes to explain product features and system advantages, building technical trust.
4. Create and update selection guides, application manuals, and typical case studies.
5. Support project implementation by resolving technical issues and assisting with commissioning and acceptance.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Refrigeration Engineering, Thermal Power, or similar.
2. 3+ years of experience in chiller or central AC system design and technical support.
3. Proficient in chiller principles, system design, and plant room engineering; skilled in CAD and selection software.
4. Strong technical writing and client communication capabilities.
5. English working proficiency; good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
