Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Application Engineering – Abrasive Products role based in the Bang Sao Thong district.
- Provide technical and application support for abrasive products to customers and the Sales team.
- Analyze customer manufacturing processes and recommend effective abrasive solutions to improve productivity and performance.
- Lead product trials, demonstrations, and application testing at customer sites.
- Support sales opportunities by delivering technical presentations and value-based solutions.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and suppliers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Application Engineering, Technical Sales Support, Sales Engineering, or related industrial environments.
- Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers at all levels.
- Experience managing product trials and customer projects.
- Good command of English.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
