Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain End-User Computing (EUC) applications using Microsoft Access and Excel.
- Design, enhance, and support solutions leveraging SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell, SQL Server, and Windows Server technologies.
- Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall methodology.
- Lead and supervise a team of 3–4 engineers.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Bank's IT Department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Banking IT or an IT consulting environment.
- Hands-on development experience in at least one programming language; proficiency in Access VBA, .NET, and C# is an advantage.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell, and Windows Server-based database solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptable to highly regulated banking environments with strict governance and policies.
- Strong business English proficiency, including documentation and professional communication skills.
