We're Hiring: Application Project Engineer (Food Application)
Location: Wellgrow Industrial Estate, Chachoengsao

Purpose of the Positions
- Manage construction and installation activities of application projects in compliance with company policy, quality standards, design, and specifications to support growth of application sales.
- Ensure projects comply with safety regulations and are executed within approved schedule and budget.
- Collaborate with application sales to address customer needs and resolve issues.
- Ensure all projects are installed and commissioned according to Linde best practices, prioritizing safety and reliability.
- Lead and grow application development in mechanical and construction areas.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization in project execution, work processes, and team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design gas supply systems to comply with ASME B31.3 and electrical standards.
- Ensure safety standards for pressure rating, flow rate, and temperature capability.
- Select equipment in compliance with Linde, national, and global standards.
- Prepare P&ID and layout designs for application units and pipelines.
- Manage project timelines, costs, and safety during installation.
- Perform testing, purging, and commissioning; provide documentation and operator training.
- Supervise technicians and contractors, coordinate with procurement and vendors.
- Support troubleshooting for application equipment to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Leadership
- Champion safety and create a zero-incident culture.
- Recruit, train, and coach project teams.
- Foster openness, continuous improvement, and innovation across functions.
- Empower teams to act promptly in emergencies.
Key Interfaces
External: Customers, vendors, contractors.
Internal: Sales & Marketing, Delivery, Procurement, Service & Maintenance.
Required Skills & Behaviors
- Safety management knowledge for cryogenic and gaseous installations.
- Project management and cost control expertise.
- Understanding of Linde standards, local regulations, and international codes.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English; ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications & Education and Experience required for position Application Project Engineer (Food)
- Minimum 2 years in project management for relevant industry: Food Application: Food freezing industry, Utility or Project installation in food process plant.
- Bachelor's in Mechanical or Food Engineering, Food Technology, Food Sciences (with electrical knowledge).
Additional required for Food Applications:
- Apply knowledge of food freezing processes and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with customers in food industry for specialized requirements.
