As an
Application Specialist at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in provides clinical, technical, and inventory support for CRRT product and accessories. Key responsibilities include supporting procedures in the operating room, delivering training and education to surgeons and nurses, and managing hospital stock to ensure safe and effective product use. This role covers Bangkok and nationwide, working closely with surgeons, nurses, and internal teams to drive optimal clinical outcomes and hospital satisfaction
Your key responsibilities:
- Provide realtime technical support during dialysis and acute cases, ensuring proper device preparation, troubleshooting, and emergency backup.
- Assist doctors and nurses with machine setup and anticipate clinical needs during critical procedures.
- Deliver structured training programs, workshops, and refresh sessions to medical staff on safe product use and troubleshooting.
- Manage hospital stock and consignment, track product usage, and ensure accurate inventory forecasting with timely delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and field teams by offering product expertise, case support, and technical input for tenders and budgets.
- Capture and report case coverage details, surgeon feedback, and emergency support logs to enhance product performance.
- Monitor competitor activity and market developments, providing insights to regional and product development teams.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding service, complaint resolution, and proactive support in inventory planning and order fulfillment.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in medical science, health science or related
- Minimum 1 year of experience as sales in healthcare industry or New graduated are welcome
- Understands healthcase business and experience to support CRRT product will be advantage
- Intermediate level of English skill
- Able to travel nationwid and stand by support an urgent case (oncall and onsite)
