Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project scope, planning, timeline, resources, budget, risks, and deliverables
  • Oversee project execution, dependencies, change management, deployment, and stakeholder communication
  • Track project progress, report status, ensure compliance with governance and standards, and manage issues escalation
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors, including vendor selection and work tracking
  • Analyze issues, provide solutions and troubleshooting support for HR & Legal systems, and collaborate effectively across teams

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Well understanding in HR & Legal process
  • 3-year experience in project implementation
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities smoothly and professionally
  • Strong inter-personal and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, commitment and result focus
