Application Support Engineer

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Blue Prism automation solutions.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Create Solution Design Documents (SDD), Process Definition Documents (PDD), and technical specifications.
• Develop reusable Blue Prism objects and processes following best practices.
• Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and production deployment activities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve automation-related incidents and defects.
• Optimize existing automations for performance, scalability, and stability.
• Collaborate with Business SMEs, Operations Teams, IT Teams, and Project Managers.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Ensure compliance with organization security, audit, and governance standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Blue Prism development (v6.x/v7.x).
• Expertise in Object Studio, Process Studio, Control Room, Work Queues, Credential Manager, and Environment Variables.
• Experience with exception handling, queue management, and logging frameworks.
• Knowledge of API integrations, Web Services, REST/SOAP.
• Experience with SQL queries and database concepts.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
