Job Summary:
We are seeking a Application Support Engineer with a strong background in Telecommunications. The candidate should possess solid technical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Thai and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scripts using Java, Python, and SQL to support operational needs.
- Provide technical support to local corporate users, primarily in Thai.
- Close support tickets efficiently and ensure user satisfaction.
- Understand and analyze business workflows to provide effective solutions.
- Be available for on-call support and work during weekends as required.
- Provide night shift support for Change Requests (CRs) and other critical operations.
- Communicate effectively in English with global teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL.
- Ability to write and maintain simple scripts efficiently.
Language Requirement:
- Must be a Thai national to support local users and handle communication in Thai.
Business Understanding & Communication:
- Strong grasp of business processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
Experience:
Availability:
- Willingness to be on-call and work weekends when necessary.
Night Shift Support:
- Ability to support nighttime operations for CRs and urgent issues.
English Communication:
- Good command of English for documentation and collaboration with international teams.
