Position
Application support (Sr/Jr)
Personal Qualification
- Responding to user inquiries through various channels such as chat and email.
- Provide 1st/2nd Level of Application Support for application systems and software components.
- Troubleshoot and investigate the root cause of incidents that happen with application systems
- Mainly support the application software upon request.
- Review web application/console application using .NET Core, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Git, and API
- Support and investigate defects of Web application/ Application on UAT/Production, open ticket for developer as 3rd Level support as need.
- Monitoring batch jobs to ensure it runs smoothly.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams for IT issues.
- Help resolve software and technical questions for the customer efficiently and effectively.
- Manage customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution.
- Document solutions for knowledgebase and maintaining up-to-date documentation of applications operation and procedure manuals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in programming.
- Own adequate knowledge of back-end programming languages such as SQL, .NET, Java
- Having knowledge of Database MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle
- Must be able to manage flexible hours and work during non-normal hours
- Self-motivated and quickly absorbed.
