Applications Specialist

Responsibilities:

Provide technical and application support of medical diagnostics and Hospital Laboratory to customers.

Conduct product evaluations and system validations

Write up validation and standard operating protocols, and technical reports

Provide product application support & training to customers in assigned markets, technologies & products

Provide product information and answer queries from customers, sales and technical service teams

Assist the Sales and Product Team to formulate & deliver appropriate business value to potential customers during sales cycle

Assist the Sales & Product Team on new product launches & marketing activities

To manage and build business relationship with all customers

Submit monthly report to Manager on application-related issues and updates

Qualifications:

Must be Degree in Medical Technology.

Min 1 year of relevant experience is preferred

Prior experience with Molecular Technique,Microbiology and Immunology

Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills

Team player with the ability to work independently

Must be proficient in both written and spoken English

Willing to travel and outstation in Thailand

Having experiences in Molecular Technique with or/out Microbiology and Immunology in minimum 2 years (IVD)
