Company Overview

eCoachManager (ecoachmanager.com) and Don't Travel Empty (donttravelempty.com) are SaaS providers serving the coach and bus transport industry across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and Australia. Our integrated platform covers operator CRM, bookings management, route optimisation, empty-leg journey reduction, and a newly launched vehicle maintenance compliance system.

We are a growing international business with offices in the UK, Thailand, and Australia. This role is based in our Jomtien, Thailand office.

Role Purpose

This is a high-volume outbound telephone role. Your job is simple and specific: contact coach and bus hire operators across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, qualify their interest, and book confirmed product demonstration appointments for our UK-based sales team.

You are not expected to conduct demos or sell the software in depth. You will work from a call script, learn our product range and value proposition, and develop a solid understanding of the market you are calling into. Success is measured by one thing: qualified appointments delivered.

What You Will Do
  • Make 30–50 answered outbound calls per day to coach and bus operators around the world
  • Work from the Jomtien office in Thailand
  • Work from a structured call script, adapting naturally to each conversation while staying on message.
  • Qualify prospects against defined criteria before booking a demonstration appointment.
  • Book confirmed demo appointments into the calendar of our Sales Executives.
  • Maintain accurate call notes and records in our CRM system after every interaction.
  • Build familiarity with our product set and core value proposition so you can handle basic objections with confidence.
  • Flag market intelligence — competitor mentions, pricing objections, common pain points — as you encounter them.

What This Role Is Not
  • You will not be conducting software demonstrations.
  • You will not be negotiating contracts or closing deals.
  • You will not be managing accounts or providing customer support.

This is a focused, disciplined appointment-setting function. The right person will thrive on call volume, daily targets, and the satisfaction of a booked calendar slot as a unit of success.

What Good Looks Like

The ideal candidate has come from a high-volume telephone sales environment where making and converting calls is the core of the job — not a side task. We are not looking for polished enterprise account managers. We are looking for people who know how to pick up the phone, handle rejection without losing momentum, and move on to the next call.

Backgrounds that translate well into this role include:

  • Any role where daily call targets, objection handling, and appointment metrics were part of the job

Industry knowledge of coach and bus transport is not required, but would be helpful.

What We Require

Essential

  • Proven experience in outbound telephone sales or cold calling — this must be demonstrable, not incidental.
  • Comfortable making 50 plus calls per day without losing energy or professionalism.
  • Excellent spoken and written English — you will be calling English-speaking businesses and must be clearly understood.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection; the ability to reset quickly between calls.
  • Must be available to work a variable shift, in accordance with campaigns in different regions. 3 maion shifts (THAI time). AUS: 6am - 2.30pm. UK: 3pm - 11.30pm. NA: 9pm - 5.30pm
  • Basic computer literacy — CRM data entry, calendar management, email.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven; able to work independently within a structured framework.

Preferred (not essential)

  • Experience calling into the UK or Irish market specifically.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (any platform).
  • Prior exposure to SaaS, technology, or transport/fleet products.
  • Prior experience in Bus & Coach Hire industry.

Compensation & Benefits

This role is structured to reward output. Base salary is intentionally modest; the earning opportunity is in appointment volume.

Base Salary

THB 35,000 per month

Commission

THB 1,000 per qualified appointment completed

Qualification Criteria

Prospect attends the demo and meets basic operator criteria

Work Permit
