Job Summary
Creative Architect who will be responsible for designing and delivering world-class projects around South East Asia for our international clients. We are looking for a proactive candidate who will be responsible for the design and coordination of multiple mixed-use developments in South East Asia from concept to construction. Good command of English is required.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Research project location, local variables analysis and elements of inspiration.
- Create main Concept and Design Development of the architecture or masterplan.
- Coordinate with clients, rest of consultants and technical teams.
- Manage project timeline, deliverables, and resources.
- Constant contact with product suppliers, materials, furniture, and equipment for the latest information.
- Develop projects with international design standards for delivery of high-quality buildings.
- Elaborate technical details and construction drawings to international standards.
- Site monitoring and supervision support as required for completion of the project.
Candidate Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related fields.
- Strong advanced computer design skills. Ability to use AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Parametric designer form-finding skills with Revit and Rhino skills are an advantage.
- Tracking the latest design trends and passion for design quality and excellence. Knowledgeable in the latest world innovations and happenings in the design industry.
- Commercial office, hospitality residential and/or retail experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of local codes and regulations.
- Strong leadership, self-organization, and coordination skills. High integrity, problem solving and initiative.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Multi-tasking and able to handle a few projects for a period of time.
- Thai National only.
