Key Responsibilities (English)
- Own and drive regional performance including sales, profitability (P&L), and sustainable business growth across multiple locations.
- Act as a regional leader, overseeing and aligning store operations, warehouse/distribution touchpoints, and omni-channel execution within the assigned region.
- Ensure operational excellence and standardization across all stores and fulfillment points in the region.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers / Site Leaders to achieve KPIs, strengthen leadership capabilities, and build high-performing teams.
- Deliver outstanding customer experience and engagement across both physical stores and digital channels within the region.
- Leverage data analytics, regional insights, and digital tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Digital teams to ensure inventory availability, demand planning, and efficient fulfillment across the region.
- Lead regional initiatives in technology adoption and digital transformation to enhance productivity and visibility.
- Monitor and manage regional cost control, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines across all sites in the region.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, scalability, and customer satisfaction at a regional level.
