Job Description
The Area Manager will play a key leadership role in driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and strengthening the overall success of multiple stores across Thailand. This position requires a strategic and people-centric leader who can analyze data, implement effective plans, and inspire teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience in alignment with Lenskart's brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to identify business trends, challenges, and growth opportunities across all Lenskart Thailand stores.
- Develop and execute effective business strategies to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Store Managers to improve team performance, reduce attrition, and foster continuous learning and development.
- Ensure operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, solving issues proactively, and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, Supply Chain) to support key business projects and optimize retail operations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, operational issues, and people development to senior management.
- Promote outstanding customer service to maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand experience.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for each store, tracking progress against weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations in all branches.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in multi-store retail management or as a senior leader in fashion, eyewear, or lifestyle retail.
- Strong track record of achieving sales goals and driving operational excellence.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people-development skills.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional attitude with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and willingness to travel to upcountry locations when required.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with stakeholders and handle reporting.
