We are seeking a results-driven Area Manager to lead multiple fashion retail stores. This role is responsible for driving sales and profitability, strengthening store operations, and developing frontline teams through hands-on coaching.
Key responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations, sales targets, and profitability across assigned stores.
• Analyze store performance, sales trends, and key metrics to identify opportunities and corrective actions.
• Coach Store Managers and Sales Associates on selling techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and management insights using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising, operational, and brand standards.
• Visit stores regularly, follow up on action plans, and support teams in achieving commercial targets.
Qualifications
• Strong experience in the fashion retail industry.
• Current Area Manager or experienced Store Manager with a proven record of managing at least three stores simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with sales data.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Able to work six days per week during retail and mall hours, including Saturdays and Sundays.

• Brand and operational standards are executed consistently across all locations.
