Area Sales Management Chinese Speaking (AVATR Brand)

Job Description:

(1) Accept the company's sales target plan and can strategically and rhythmically decompose the sales target to merchants;

(2) Assist in the formulation of sales policies and transmit them to merchants, and urge merchants to implement them as required to guide merchants to improve sales;

(3) Scientific management of merchants inbound, outbound, and inventory, and can supervise merchants to issue invoices;

(4) Lean management of merchants daily operations, including but not limited to leads, foot traffic, actual sales, inventory, test drives, and showroom image management;

(5) Evaluate the effectiveness of the policy and propose optimization plans;

(6) Regularly track the dynamic information of competitors, including but not limited to product updates and changes in promotional policies, to better support and optimize the product strategy.

(7) Identify areas for improvement for merchants in daily operations and formulate mature improvement plans to encourage merchants to improve together.

Requirements:

*** Proficient in both Chinese and Thai languages.

(1) More than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, with regional operation management experience preferred

(2) Strong execution ability and keen market insight;

(3) Strong communication and coordination skills
