Job Description
- Develop and execute market sales plans to achieve targets in the assigned area.
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with dealers and ensure business objectives are met.
- Ensure operational excellence and consistent best practices across all dealers to enhance the customer journey and other initiatives.
- Evaluate partner performance, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide insightful analysis of market and competitors and recommend strategic changes or improvement solutions.
- Lead the execution of events and activation activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a related function within the automotive industry.
- Able to work independently with sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Good driving skills.
- Good command of spoken and written Thai and English
