As we accelerate our ambitious 2030 Growth Strategy, we are looking for a talented Sales Executive – Home Care & IS to join our team and drive growth across the region.
About The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our Home Care and Industrial Solutions business by identifying new opportunities, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering sustainable commercial growth. You'll act as a key link between customers and our internal teams, translating innovative science into customer value.
Who We Are Looking For
- Education: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven background in the Science or Chemical industry, ideally within Home Care (e.g. Laundry care and surface care) or Industrial Specialties (e.g. Electrification, thermal management, water treatment, Coating / adhesive / sealants / elastomer)
- Commercial Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into value‑driven commercial solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Drive Business Growth: Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer & Application Focus: Promote product applications through customer visits, technical discussions, and solution‑based selling.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead pricing and contract negotiations to secure optimal commercial outcomes in line with company policies.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics, providing actionable insights to Sales and Marketing teams.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Technical, and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth order‑to‑cash process.
- Reporting & Systems: Maintain accurate records and forecasts using internal systems such as Voyager and C4C.
