Job Summary & Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on AI/ML architectures for automated subtitle and dubbing systems.
- Recommend technologies in STT, TTS, MT, and Voice Cloning to support system development.
- Advise on dataset strategy, multilingual content processing, and finetuning approaches for media use cases.
- Support engineering teams with technical architecture reviews, MLOps best practices, and deployment workflows.
- Deliver periodic advisory notes, attend online meetings (24 per month), and provide ondemand technical consultation.
Qualifications Bullets
- Ph.D. required in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in NLP, Speech AI, ASR, or TTS.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, Transformers, Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Whisper, VALLE, ElevenLabs, Azure AI Speech, MT tools (NLLB, OpusMT, DeepL API), and subtitle postediting workflows.
- Experience with Thai language NLP or speech processing, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps.
- Preferred: publications (ACL, INTERSPEECH, NeurIPS), experience in Media/Broadcasting, and exposure to Voice Cloning or Multimodal AI.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in Thai; English is an advantage.
