Position: Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Location

Preferred candidate is able to work on-site; however, hybrid or remote working arrangements may be considered.

Support the company's digital transformation by designing and implementing AI-driven automation to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual processes, and enhance decision-making across the organization.

1. AI Automation Development

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows to automate business processes across departments such as Business Development, Finance, Construction, and Hospitality operations.
• Develop AI agents or scripts to automate repetitive tasks, reporting, and data processing.

2. Process Improvement

• Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities where AI and automation can reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
• Work closely with business teams to redesign processes using AI tools.

3. Data & Reporting Automation

• Build automated dashboards and reporting tools.
• Develop systems to automatically generate reports such as Asset Management reports, Information Memorandums, and financial analysis.

4. AI Experimentation & Innovation

• Continuously test new AI tools and technologies.
• Identify practical use cases where AI can create value for the business.

5. Collaboration

• Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Development, Hospitality, and Legal to implement AI solutions that support business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in AI, data, or automation related roles.
• Strong interest in AI tools, automation, and process improvement.
• Experience with tools such as Python, AI APIs, automation platforms, or data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
