We are looking for an Artist Advancing Coordinator to join the Tomorrowland Thailand team.
This role is responsible for coordinating all logistics and operational requirements for artists and their travelling crew, from the pre-event planning stage through to their departure after the festival.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate artist visas, work permits, and related documentation
- Manage artist travel schedules, flights, and itinerary updates
- Coordinate hotels, airport transfers, accreditation, and Artist Village access
- Liaise with Artist Management, Transport, Hotels, Hospitality, Security, and government authorities
- Ensure all artist hospitality requirements and contractual requests are delivered
- Support artist movements throughout the festival and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in artist advancing, touring logistics, hospitality, or live events
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Good command of English
- You can start from October 26 until December 26
