Job Scope:
- This role will operate, support and facilitate sales planning and reporting activities for the region, including managing and maintaining related sales databases and outputs.
- Work collaboratively with related functions both internal and external stakeholders for quality data collection and management
Job Descriptions:
- Develop, support and deliver day to day activities related to sales planning and reporting operations
- Regular manage and publish of sales planning and reporting database to meet the stakeholder's requirement.
- Operate and support car flow management related to VOS system and global system & tools.
- Support management and team to build presentations for regular business reviews
- Oversee the maintenance & version control of files mentioned above
- Analyze, provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement of sales planning & reporting files, tools and processes
- Support other ad hoc requests raised by Sales Department or other functions
Education and Relevant Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- At least 1-year experience is an asset
- Good computer literacy such as MS Outlook, MS Excel (advanced), MS PowerPoint (advanced), Skype for Business. Excel macro & MS Access is a plus
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
