Job Description

Job Scope:

  • This role will operate, support and facilitate sales planning and reporting activities for the region, including managing and maintaining related sales databases and outputs.
  • Work collaboratively with related functions both internal and external stakeholders for quality data collection and management

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop, support and deliver day to day activities related to sales planning and reporting operations
  • Regular manage and publish of sales planning and reporting database to meet the stakeholder's requirement.
  • Operate and support car flow management related to VOS system and global system & tools.
  • Support management and team to build presentations for regular business reviews
  • Oversee the maintenance & version control of files mentioned above
  • Analyze, provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement of sales planning & reporting files, tools and processes
  • Support other ad hoc requests raised by Sales Department or other functions

Education and Relevant Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • At least 1-year experience is an asset
  • Good computer literacy such as MS Outlook, MS Excel (advanced), MS PowerPoint (advanced), Skype for Business. Excel macro & MS Access is a plus
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in multi-cultural & cross functional environment
  • Strong organization skills; Able to manage and prioritize the multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good interpersonal skills for working with team members and other related departments
