Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, based in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Assistant Sales Manager will support sales operations, including overseeing sales processes, identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring targets are met. Additional responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, analyzing market trends to develop strategies, and collaborating with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, client relationship development, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills for market research and business opportunity identification
  • Leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a sales team
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Familiarity with the wine or beverage industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but equivalent work experience may be considered
  • Proficiency in using sales software tools and basic computer applications
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a dynamic environment
