Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok City, Thailand, for an Asset Acquisition professional. Key responsibilities include identifying and evaluating potential residential asset acquisitions, conducting detailed market research to support decision-making, and managing acquisition process effectively. The role also involves maintaining communication with stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Residentail Market Research both Housing and Condominium experience to evaluate investment opportunities and industry trends
• Expertise in Asset Acquisitions and Program Management to oversee and execute acquisition process effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and teams efficiently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data interpretation
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry in Thailand is a plus
