Contractor – Asset Integrity & Reliability (Upstream O&G)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand, On-site
Duration - 1 month extendable to 2 months
We are a global consulting firm supporting a client in the Oil & Gas (Upstream) industry on a strategic project focused on enhancing Asset Integrity and Reliability practices.
Project Objective:
Conduct a comprehensive review of the client's Asset Integrity and Reliability management system and framework, providing recommendations to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inputs on the asset strategy framework, including maintenance philosophy for each asset archetype.
- Review the Asset Integrity and Reliability framework and identify improvement opportunities (procedures, KPIs, and fit-for-purpose requirements per asset type).
- Conduct a maturity assessment of current Asset Integrity and Reliability practices.
- Prepare a comprehensive report summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops as needed with stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise relevant to upstream operations to support the team in ramping up industry knowledge.
- Be available on-site at the client location weekly.
Candidate Requirements:
- Based in the SEA region (Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei, Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, Australia).
- Former employees of Chevron, Shell, or Exxon preferred, with upstream (Exploration & Production) experience.
- Deep expertise in Asset Integrity, Asset Reliability, Maintenance, or Facilities Engineering.
- 5+ years experience in the industry/function (10+ years preferred).
- Previous experience in roles such as Maintenance Manager, Asset Integrity Manager, Asset Reliability Manager, Senior Manager, or Lead.
