We are looking for an experienced Assistant Accounting Manager (GL) to join our Accounting Team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will bring your expertise and skills to tackle the challenges that impact millions of people on our journey to become the No.1 food platform in Thailand.

What you'll Do:

  • Be responsible for managing and controlling the month end account closing process on GL.
  • Ensure the correctness and completeness of accounting transactions, prepare and analyze the report and details.
  • Perform monthly accounting activities, including the preparation of monthly journal entries and balance sheet details.
  • Review monthly details of relevant accounts reconciliation and unusual PL transactions.
  • Liaise with group accounting on monthly financial reporting process.
  • Improve working process, introduce internal control, reduce manual work, and implement related systems.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide accounting insights and implication.
  • Work with an external auditor for audited and reviewed financial statements.
  • Ensure the compliance with statutory requirement and TFRS.
  • Supervise and manage the team and develop team performance.
  • Handle special projects or others as requested.

What you'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting (CPA is preferred).
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Audit and Accounting.
  • Good knowledge of the ERP system (SAP is preferred) and MS Office.
  • English proficiency in writing and speaking. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai.
  • Internal control experience (with a listed company)/ month end close improvement projects / IPO experience will be advantageous.
  • Experience working in a flexible, fast-paced, and challenging environment.
  • Positive attitude, a fast-learner, detail-oriented, critical thinking and problem solving skills; team player with a willingness to help where required.
  • Self-motivated, commitment, result-oriented mindset, and flexibility to work to tight and demanding deadlines.
