Accounting Operations: Manage end-to-end accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking transactions, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Financial Closing and Reporting: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities while ensuring accurate and timely submission of financial reports to regional and corporate headquarters.
Fixed Assets and Capital Expenditure: Control fixed asset accounting and capital expenditure transactions, including capitalization, depreciation, asset verification, disposal, and asset register maintenance.
Inventory Accounting: Oversee inventory-related accounting records, support physical stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate inventory valuation.
Audit and Compliance: Coordinate external audit activities and prepare supporting documents, financial schedules, and account reconciliations in accordance with statutory and corporate requirements.
Treasury and Cash Flow: Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, monitor liquidity, manage banking activities, and support working capital improvement.
Manufacturing Cost Analysis: Perform product costing, overhead allocation, variance analysis, and profitability analysis. Partner with relevant functions to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
ERP and Accounting Process Improvement: Maintain finance-related master data within the ERP system and drive continuous improvement across accounting procedures, internal controls, and reporting processes.
Accounting Policies and Controls: Develop, review, and implement accounting policies, standard operating procedures, and internal control measures to support business operations and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
At least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including significant responsibility for fixed assets and capital expenditure.
Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting in Thailand, including statutory reporting, taxation, and local regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in manufacturing accounting, inventory accounting, product costing, and CAPEX control.
Solid understanding of Thai Accounting Standards, financial controls, and corporate reporting requirements.
Demonstrated experience in establishing, reviewing, or enhancing accounting policies, workflows, and internal controls.
Proficiency in major ERP platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Business-level English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally for meetings, business assignments, or professional training.
Professional qualifications such as CPA, CPD, or an equivalent accounting certification are preferred.
