Reporting to : Head of Sales, Narrow Web Business Unit.
Support business growth of BU Narrow Web in Thailand market by providing technical solution.
Context & Core Responsibilities
Technical Application support to Narrow web
- Develop/advices a fit-to-purpose solution product within SW portfolio align with BU Head growth plan.
- Liaise with regional team for new technology development and application.
- Develop solution with supplier in-case product not available in SW portfolio or strategically important.
- Introduce new product in market in coordination with sales team
- Product management, stocking level and SKU management.
- Leading technical projects to overall success.
- Developing detailed project plans including resource plans.
- Working with functional and resource managers to acquire needed resources.
- To liaise with Head of Sale searching for laboratory equipment to ensure quality systems fulfills customer requirements.
- Support the capital expenditure projects (technical) to meet the demands of Siegwerk Thailand growing activities.
- Estimating duration and resource requirements
- Arrange any training for team development
Product portfolio management of Narrow web
- Reduce the complexity in the product portfolio.
- Ensure align with regional product portfolio.
Technical solution to customer
- Give advice to customer on printing application, specification or product where it's relevant and necessary.
- Ensure fast and full support of technical service to customer.
- Organize trial and troubleshooting to solve problem in ink application to meet customer requirement.
Inter-departmental coordination
- Well inform to Sales team about product purpose and application.
- Well coordination with Production team to achieve efficient production process and high quality product.
- Working together with Purchase team find new source for development and cost saving project.
- Make well coordination with other department where it's relevant and necessary.
Product cost saving development
- Responsible for cost saving through reformulation or material substitution to achieve budgeted project.
SLOB reduction program
- Responsible to reduce SLOB to achieve budgeted project.
- Identify root cause of SLOB and provide quarterly report.
- Analyze and advice to minimize SLOB generation.
Oversee & coordination with QC for NW BU products
- Ensure QC checking procedure and management in effective and efficient manner.
- Develop FTG to be get the target

Qualifications/Competences
- University graduated of chemistry or related major
- Minimum 5 years experience of printing ink and printing application.
- Good analytical and technical reporting skill
- Good ability to communicate, to convince
- Good English and computer skill
