Role Purpose
We are seeking an Assistant Business Development Manager to support business expansion efforts across Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore. This role involves driving market analysis, supporting strategic initiatives, and coordinating closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure aligned execution of business development plans. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to build relationships that support regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of business development strategies targeting Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore markets
- Conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and identify potential commercial opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as partners, clients, and industry influencers
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business strategies and ensure cohesive execution
- Assist in sales and marketing initiatives including lead generation, proposal preparation, and campaign coordination
- Track business development metrics, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for optimization
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and operational performance within the business development function
Requirements
- University degree or higher
- Experience within the retail, beauty or related consumergoods industry is a must
- Having +5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing for new business penetration
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong organizational and timemanagement capabilities
- Adaptability to fastpaced, dynamic environments
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Must hold a valid Thai passport and willing to travel within APAC without restrictions
