Job Description

Position : Assistant Brand Manager (Baby&Mom Skincare)

Department : Marketing

Reporting to : Brand Manager

Budget : 35-45K

Location : House of BFF @ Thong-lor Soi 5

Job Summary

Plan and execute marketing operation of assigned brands under BFF. Plan, develop and implement strategy to grow the business. Manage P&L of the assigned brands and optimize marketing budget for highest ROI.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and propose marketing plan and activities for assigned brands and BFF

Execute all marketing activities from start to finish, in a timely manner.

Prepare and deliver performance report as well as analytical data for all marketing activities relevant to evaluating ROI, consumer insights, competition and digital marketing.

Analyze and identify brand position, target customers, key message to help develop strategies and achieve targeted sales

Suggest promotion mechanics and communication plan to push sales or reduce aging skus

Study competitors and monitor marketing trend to constantly improve brand strategy and activation

Closely monitor sales performance and stock level to achieve targeted sales. Propose gap plan if needed

Manage and monitor P&L of assigned brands and optimize marketing budget for highest ROI

Ensure timely execution of marketing activities by working closely with Brand Manager and cross functions

o Work with Supply Chain Manager to ensure product forecast, replenishment, and initiate action plan to reduce slow-moving and aging skus

o Work with Project Manager to implement strategy to strengthen brand positioning and increase awareness via campaigns, KOL, KOC, media relationship management

o Work with Training Manager to ensure key message is delivered to BAs

o Work with Graphic team to ensure assets are ready in time and align with key message that we want to convey.

o Work with Content team to ensure content planning in social media platforms, including brand dedicated channels

Regularly communicate and negotiate with regional team for support

Qualification

1 - 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management. Experience in luxury beauty or fashion is a plus

Digital and social media savvy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English

Highly analytical. Comfortable with numbers and excel

Attention to detail

Good team player and able to work well with others

Able to multi task and prioritization skill

Interest in beauty, fashion
