We're hiring: Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Manager (Apparel)

Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Brand Director in executing brand strategy aligned with global brand guidelines and Thailand market dynamics to ensure sustainable growth and brand equity enhancement.
  • Develop annual business plan and seasonal execution roadmap covering product assortment, channel mix, and commercial targets.
  • Coordinate directly with international brand principals on seasonal product updates, campaign materials, and commercial alignment.
  • Lead seasonal buy planning (Spring/Summer, Fall/Winter) including Open-to-Buy (OTB) management, assortment planning, pricing review, and margin optimization.
  • Analyze historical sales performance, sell-through rates, inventory aging, and margin contribution to support data-driven buying and replenishment decisions.
  • Monitor brand-level P&L performance including revenue, gross margin, markdown ratio, inventory turnover, and operating expenses.
  • Manage import planning, forecast accuracy, replenishment strategy, and coordination with supply chain to ensure timely product availability.
  • Strengthen distribution performance across Department Stores, Standalone Stores, Modern Trade, and E Commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations to monitor store-level performance and optimize sell-through and inventory allocation.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing execution including campaign launches, retail activation, digital support, and promotional planning in alignment with global direction.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and visual merchandising standards across all customer touchpoints.
  • Identify sales growth opportunities including channel expansion, product extension, and partnership initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly business performance reports including revenue, margin analysis, stock status, and competitive insights for Brand Director and Commercial Leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in brand management, merchandising, or commercial roles within fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods industries.
  • Experience managing imported brands and coordinating with international principals is preferred. • Solid understanding of seasonal buying, OTB management, inventory control, and margin planning.
  • Strong analytical capability with ability to interpret sales data and drive commercial decisions.
  • Experience managing department store channels and multi-channel retail environment is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Commercially driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
